Big Transportation Milestone – Translink

This has been in the works for so long that it’s bizzare how little fanfare it’s gotten. A very important step towards universal fare cards and making transportation more accessible and easy. BARTS’s press release was equally subdued. This should be more heralded, but regional transit bodies, SPUR, etc. Not only is it an important juncture, who really wants pounds of coins and plastic litering their pockets when they could use Translink!!!
